Aztec fans may know Gavin Escobar as the superstar tight end who spends his Saturdays scoring touchdowns on the gridiron, but off the field he is much more than just a football player.

I sat down with Escobar and learned about one of his unique hobbies that gives him a chance to relieve stress and get away from the physical and emotional game of football.
