  • Attended San Diego State from 2001-2004
  • Ranks second in school history with nine career forced fumbles
  • Undrafted in 2005 NFL Draft, signed as a free agent by the Minnesota Vikings
  • Played for Minnesota from 2005-2010, Pro Bowl nominee in 2010 as special teams starter
  • Signed by Seattle Seahawks in 2011, led the NFL with 21 special teams tackles in 2011
  • Named special teams captain, recorded 20 tackles in 2012
